SHIPPING POLICY

 

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 24 hours to ship goods out of our warehouses. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email. The delivery timeline post-dispatch is 10 to 15 working days across India. The shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

 

We deliver to addresses within India. All orders come with a tracking number that can be used to track the progress of the shipment or delivery. Customers will receive an email with the tracking information once the order has been shipped or delivered.

 

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that shipping and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural disasters. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays or issues with your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters or courier issues.

 

Rescheduling the delivery date

 

In case you are not available during delivery, you could call courier company back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.

 

We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
