RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp at +919266877356. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

 

EASY RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

We offer easy returns, exchanges or replacements under the conditions mentioned below. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT

 

-        Wrong Product or Wrong Size Received

-        Damaged Product Received

-        Customer-Initiated Return (size issue or change of mind)

 

NOTIFICATION PERIOD

 

Customers must inform us within 2 days of receiving the product if they wish to return, exchange or replace an item.

 

Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

 

📌 Mandatory Requirement:

 

A clear unboxing video is compulsory for all return, exchange or replacement requests. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.

 

RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

 

Customers are required to courier the product back to our address at their own cost. Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check at our end.

 

After successful verification, refund will be issued after deducting forward shipping charges.

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

 

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT PROCESS

 

If an exchange or replacement is approved, the customer must courier the product back to us. Replacement or exchanged product will be shipped after quality approval.

 

If the same product or size is unavailable, customers may choose a different product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer, if applicable).

 

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN / EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT

 

The following conditions must be met:

 

-        Order Number must be shared

-        Clear unboxing video is mandatory

-        Product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged

-        All tags must be intact

-        Product must be in original packaging

 

If the product fails quality inspection, it will be shipped back to the customer and no refund will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

-        Refunds are issued only after product verification

-        Shipping charges are non-refundable

-        Colour variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
