Return Policy

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. In case of return by the customer for any reason other than the above, the customer has to bear the charges of shipment for both sides.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Create a'Return Request'' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

We offer pick-up facility for the address used while placing order.

Or to raise a return request please drop us an email on customercare@hiticreations.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an SMS on the day of pick up.

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91 9266877356

NOTE:

1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.
